Make-up artist Karla Powell launches Face Charts
International make-up artist Karla Powell has introduced the Face Chart make-up design sheets for creating and cataloging
beauty looks. Printed on textured card stock and professionally bound
into artist-style pads, the tear-off sheets are ideal for experimenting
with pigments and products. Each pad houses 35 sheets, prepped for the
application of all make-up, even wet glosses. Each page features a
minimal face outline, with plenty of room for product notes. The Face
Charts are available in two sizes: A4 and A5, and are ideal for
exploring ideas ahead of projects, illustrating and documenting final
looks. Karla Powel Face Charts start from £11 and launch online this

Winser London launches at Peter Jones
Winser London, the British online luxury womenswear brand launched by Kim Winser in February and fronted by Yasmin Le Bon, has opened today at Peter Jones as a pop-up shop and will be sold on the John Lewis website. Following on from a pop-up shop which launched at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge at the start of September, the Peter Jones pop-up will sell an edit of the Winser London AW13 collection. The pop-up will be located in Peter Jones on the second floor for the season. There will be 30 pieces from the collection, including cashmere, silks and separates.
MY iMenso jewellery appoints Carmen Electra as ambassador
Former Baywatch actress and model Carmen Electra has been appointed as an ambassador for jewellery brand MY iMenso. The brand offers a collection of bespoke jewellery pieces which can be personalised. The concept involves a sterling silver medallion on a chain which can be opened on both sides. Clients can then choose an ’insignia’ to insert into the medallion, giving each jewel a personal touch. The collection, including pendants, rings and a ‘dancing’ collection of interchanging medallions, retails at £87 to £195.

Face Lace unveils Halloween collection
Face Lace, a brand specialising in intricate make-up designs, ready-to-wear eye looks and masks, has unveiled the new Halloween collection. This includes a number of seasonal creations such as Broomchick, Webutante and Va Va Tomb (pictured). The designs, priced £9.95, are available from the brand's website and will be available in Topshop from 7 October and through BeautyBay.com. The Halloween designs are also being sold in USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Italy and Japan.

Grove Beauty has annouced the launch of skincare brand Anne de Jeunesse on GorgeousShop.co.uk. Available from 28 October, Anne de Jeunesse is the latest launch from the 16-year heritage of Ainhoa Cosmetics’ five-star spa, professional and retail product range. Creator Marta Laguarda was inspired by her friend Anne who would create natural skincare remedies using wild, foraged ingredients in France.
